Today I show you how to make a shopping cart cover out of fleece. It fasts and simple and a fantastic beginner task! These covers are terrific to keep your children and toddlers away from all the nasty little bacteria on shopping cart covers.
The fleece provides a soft and comfy sitting surface area and my directions also consist of 2 holes to pass the safety belt through.
